What your compensation will look like:
$24.14 per hourAdditional $.34 per hour for hours worked on 2nd shift
Additional $.41 per hour for hours worked on 3rd shift
Overtime payTime worked after 8 hours of work is paid at 1.5 times regular rate of pay
Time worked on Saturday is paid at 1.5 times regular rate of pay
Time worked on Sunday is paid at 2 times (double pay) regular rate of pay

Loading and unloading of trucks and railcars using approved tools and methods, including driver assist for millfeed loading in a safe and efficient manner. Includes ascending and descending ladders on railcars, trucks, loadout towers, platforms, etc.
Perform and accurately record metal detector, magnet checks, safety checks, inspections, and other required paperwork
Accurate, timely communication with Shop Checker, railroad, Logistics Planner and Team Leader
Operate Warehouse Management System
Perform sanitation, cleaning and maintaining all loading areas, including railcars and equipment
Manage pallet count, rework, refeed processes and communications
This position will work in the Flour Mill performing sanitation duties when the department is fully staffed
Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance
Assist in training new employees
What your schedule will look like:
8-hour shifts
8-hour swing shift schedule - rotation every week1st shift: 6:30 am to 2:30 pm
2nd shift: 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm Rotation is 1 week on 1st shift, then 1 week on 2nd shift
8-hour steady nights only schedule3rd shift: 10:30 pm to 6:30 am
Able and willing to work any shift schedule needed
Ability and willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Plant operation is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

What you have to offer:
Minimum of a high school education or GED
2+ years of warehouse/forklift experience preferrred
Experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred
Physical requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling and twisting over surfaces
Ability to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms
Ability to wear protective clothing and equipment such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, a hard hat, a hair/beard net and gloves when required
Willing and able to adhere to all grooming requirements necessary for a food manufacturing environment
Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty, wet environmental working conditions
Willing to work around industrial high-speed moving machinery
Ability to work with allergens that might be present in a food environment
