Job Description:

Contractor: Senior Manager Global Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR)

Key Responsibilities: 

Responsible for supporting the execution of HEOR evidence generation studies, including prospective/retrospective observational studies, systematic literature reviews, clinical outcome assessment measure development and validation studies or other studies, as needed

Provides support for HEOR projects, including but not limited to the development of study protocols, analytic plan development, oversight of data collection, and/or development of summary findings as requeste

Assist with conference submissions and peer-reviewed publications in collaboration with internal cross-functional partners and external vendors, including preparing summary slide decks of key results; drafting outlines summarizing study conduct, findings and interpretation; approving drafts; leading responses to internal and reviewers’ comments; and coordination/communication with coauthors

Ensure compliance with all internal governance processes for dissemination under the guidance of Director, HEOR 

This is a 6 month contract role with the chance to extend. 

Hybrid

 Key Requirements:

Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MPH, MS or PharmD) in a scientific discipline

At least 5 years of relevant experience in observational research, health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, and/or public health

In-depth knowledge and experience in conducting a broad range of observational research studies spanning health related quality of life and/or health services research studies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated track record of peer-reviewed publications

Understanding of methods for real-world evidence generation and communication to support value in a consulting and/or pharmaceutical environment

Excellent process and project management skills; strong attention to detail

Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment of the pharmaceutical industry, with spotless history of compliance and ethical workplace conduct

Pay Range:

$82 - $86/HR
