Overview:

Bayview Asset Management is an investment management firm focused on investments in mortgage and consumer credits. The real estate brokerage business, or “LKV Realty,” is a newly formed business unit within Bayview, with the overarching objective to be a profitable full-service brokerage company that provides best-in-class real estate services to existing Bayview MSR portfolio’s mortgage customers and new customers outside of Bayview’s MSR portfolio. 

As LKV Realty looks to grow our brokerage business and offer our customers more robust services, we are seeking an experienced professional to guide and work with brokerage customers on potential transactions. Specifically, the candidate should have prior experience in the real estate space and is experienced in providing customer service to optimize the consumer experience. The candidate will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer needs are properly addressed. There is no licensure requirement (e.g., Mortgage license, brokerage license, etc.) for this role. We are looking for a self-starter who has a disposition for client services and a bias for action. This candidate will work directly with Real Estate, Emerging Strategies, and internal/external stakeholders to facilitate and provide the best experience for our brokerage customers. This is a fully remote position. 

Responsibilities:

Serve as the initial point of contact for customers who are interested in selling or buying relevant properties and identify potential customers who are suitable for certain brokerage program(s).

Guide potential customers through the transaction process, including but not limited to, providing an overview of the brokerage product(s), addressing consumer questions on relevant properties, connecting consumers with relevant internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Real estate agent, mortgage officer, etc.), and ensuring that all customer needs are fully addressed.

Track and service relevant customer leads and develop reporting for internal and external purposes.

Work with the internal team to establish and measure internal KPIs to enhance performance and improve customer experience.

Drive effective cross-functional teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitments across multiple disparate groups, vendors, and partners.

Provide expertise on issues relating to applicable laws and regulations in relation to relevant brokerage transactions.

Adhere to the Company’s Compliance Standards.

Ensure a safe and secure work environment.

Conduct other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

HS Diploma or equivalent experience desired.

Candidate must have significant prior experience and expertise (3+ years) in residential real estate transactions, including but not limited to customer service, brokerage, mortgage, among others;

Candidate must not be the object of any disciplinary proceedings under the real estate licensure laws of any state;

Candidate must not be the object of any pending litigation, arbitration, or administrative proceedings relating to the performance of real estate activities by the broker to customers, clients, or consumers from the general public at large.

Candidate must not have or must surrender upon hiring, any existing mortgage and/or brokerage license(s).
