Overview:
Bowhead seeks a Program Manager to support the Army’s Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) CAC VDPE Enterprise Classroom Program (ECP).
Responsibilities:
• Oversee projects from original concept through final implementation.
• Responsible for developing work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for deliverable tracking and analysis.
• Manages the integration of all contract tasks and tracks and reviews deliverables.
• Manage substantial contract support operations involving personnel at diverse locations.
• Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of all contract support activities.
• Interfaces directly with Government managers.
• Under stringent timeframes, assembles and recruits' personnel necessary to perform assigned tasks.
• Establishes and alters (as necessary) management structure to effectively direct contract support activities.
• Assigns, schedules, and reviews work of subordinates.
• Ensures conformance to task specifications and contract provisions.
• Interprets policies, purposes, and goals of the organization for subordinates.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor' s degree
• Ten (10) years of progressive technical or managerial experience in information resources management.
• Six (6) years supervising and managing of substantive A/V and IT/Telecommunications projects.
• Two (2) years managing large and complex projects involving many people in subordinate groups and diverse locations.
• Demonstrated communications skills with all levels of management.
• Demonstrated experience with preparing executive level briefs, summaries, presentations, situation reports, management reports and other high-level communications.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently have an in-scope security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
Physical Demands:
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
