What you will do:
Work closely with the lead technician to diagnose and repair residential electrical systems, assisting on service calls and installations.
Support the lead technician in guiding customers toward informed and confident buying decisions.
Maintain clear communication with dispatch, your manager, and the parts and installation teams to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in seeing the permitting process through to completion, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Participate in training opportunities to grow and develop as a professional, with the possibility of obtaining relevant certifications.
Perform other tasks as required, supporting the overall success of the electrical team.
What you need:
Must have, and maintain, a valid U.S. driver’s license.
Familiarity with residential electrical work, electrical codes and safety procedures.
Strong sales and customer service skills, with a focus on honesty and reliability.
Ability to handle the physical demands of electrical work.
