Ability to communicate thoroughly, clearly explain ideas both verbally and in written form, and interact empathetically with all levels of stakeholders (anywhere from the entry-level hourly team members to the highest-level executives) – and being able to switch gears back and forth throughout the day
Ability to work effectively in an environment with ambiguities, prioritize tasks despite uncertainties, and throttle productivity levels from working independently for proactive continuous improvement (e.g. at times there will be pockets of hours of nothing specifically assigned) to performing repetitive and detail-oriented tasks pushed to get them done within tight timelines (e.g. building out weekly and/or ad hoc schedules utilizing scheduling software and/or manual scheduling models) to turning on creative problem-solving skills (e.g. things are always changing and processes can unexpectedly break) to interacting with pertinent stakeholders in a high-stake and impromptu way (e.g. getting called into a financial review to provide operational details and/or counterpoints to drive pertinent decision-making)
Willingness to learn with curiosity, work alongside frontline team members humbly (“get nails dirty”) to deep dive into their perspectives and perceived hurdles, and let our main stakeholders (operations management) feel “heard” while staying objective and sniff test claims through actual on-property experiences and unbiased data
With a team of WFM professionals, assist with change management of an entire property from the labor analytics, labor utilization, labor deployment, labor control, labor scheduling, and overall labor management side

Work Environment:
We will do everything possible to make sure work-life balance is kept for all of our teammates. However, we are in the service and entertainment industry and our properties are rocking and rolling 24/7/365. Just like we will be flexible and catering to our teammates’ professional and personal lives, there will be times when we expect our teammates to also be flexible regarding the exact hours they work based on business demands. An example is if we need to take a deep dive into graveyard shift of the stewarding department, we may need to do shadowing and work&learns at that shift’s actual work time. So on a particular one week, we may need the WFM teammate to alter his/her schedule to accommodate so that the analyses and in-person observations can be done at the appropriate times.
Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional office setting, but there may be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
