OPPORTUNITY

We have an opportunity for a Resident Experience Assistant to provide exceptional care to our residents.  The Resident Experience Assistant supports the nursing team by providing non-nursing care duties.

Responsibilities:

Transports residents to and from dining room and activities.

Assists in the dining room taking resident meal/beverage orders; serving and removing food trays. Supports residents with preparing food as needed (i.e. cutting food).

Assists in cleaning tables and resetting appropriate place settings.

Assists in cleaning and sanitizing equipment as directed by supervisor.

Ensures resident’s water pitchers are clean and filled with fresh water.

Observes and reports changes in resident conditions to the Residential Services Director.

Ensures quality customer service to residents, families, visitors, and coworkers.

Follows departmental safety rules while utilizing proper body mechanics.

Participates in all in-services and activities as required.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum

High school diploma or equivalent

Desired

One year of healthcare experience
