The Cold Food Cook performs selected and delegated cooking and clerical tasks pertaining to the operation and maintenance of the Nutritional Services Department.
Qualifications:
Required:
Ability to learn basic therapeutic diets. Ability to use recipes and production schedules
Preferred:
Previous food experience
Computer skills
