Bass Underwriters, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team located in Plantation, Florida. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the Business Development and Office Services team, as well as the company as a whole. This includes day to day activities such as filling marketing requests, managing inventory and marketing reports, and assisting with preparation for company events.

Responsibilities:

 Responsibilities include:

Manage the company marketing inbox and respond appropriately to client inquiries

Handle the printing, ordering, and preparation of all marketing flyers

Handle with the coordinating of conventions, and events 

Assist with all inventory reports and digital marketing reports

Fill requests from underwriters for promotional items

Assists Social Media accounts as needed

Assist the office manager in projects; retreats, holidays, birthdays, office treats, vendor relations

Assist with mailroom responsibilities (posting and shipping)

Assist with incoming calls (as needed)

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

Two-year or four-year degree

Self-starter, critical thinker

Strong customer orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Team player with a commitment to company values

Organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Intermediate experience in Internet research, typing, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook

Creative mindset, think outside the box

Proficient in Canva, All Adobe Programs, Sprout Social, Mailchimp and (url removed)

Can lift 20lbs
