What Devereux Looks for in YOU:

Expertise: Conduct direct observations, consult with teachers, case managers, and other team members on effective classroom strategies.

Innovation: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and address individual school requests across various programs and schools.

Compassion: Review students' needs for ABA treatment, provide staff training, and actively participate in Individual Education Plan (IEP) development.

Qualifications:

 Qualifications:

Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

One year experience working with IDD population. 

Prior experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans

Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis
