Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tool & Die Maker to join our manufacturing team. The Tool & Die Maker will be responsible for creating, repairing, and maintaining precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with a variety of materials and machinery.

Requirements / Prior Experience:

Milling experience

Metal Grinding experience

Wire EDM experience

CNC experience

Lathe experience (not as critical)

Design, fabricate, and assemble tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures according to blueprints, sketches, and specifications.

Inspect and troubleshoot tools and dies to identify wear, damage, or defects.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tools and dies to ensure they function properly and meet production standards.

Sharpen, polish, and adjust tools and dies to maintain high precision and quality
