Job Title: Payroll Operations Manager
Location: Birmingham
Job Type: Permanent – 2 days office.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + car allowance
JGA are partnered with a leading business that are seeking a Payroll Manager to lead the function for a number of key clients, ensuring the team are providing a first-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the team with delivering a leading service to several high-volume accounts.
Monitor the team and lead on any service improvements.
Work with senior stakeholders, to implement all new streamlining strategies.
Lead on new business improvements. Requirements:
Experience leading a large payroll team.
High volume (10000) payroll processing.
Ability to handle multiple complex payrolls.
