Key Responsibilities:
*
Ensuring that GMP and warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are adhered to while carrying out all tasks
*
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety Laws and Manual Handling regulations
*
Locating materials in the correct warehouse locations
*
Ensuring segregation of materials
*
Deliver goods to customers in a smart and professional manner · Collect and deliver materials from various Bristol Lab warehouses Comply with driver's rules and regulations
*
Complete driver's daily checks
*
Keep Vehicles in clean & serviceable condition Receipt of raw materials and packing materials
*
Recording receipt of materials on SAP and locating materials in the correct warehouse locations
*
Performing Perpetual Inventory counts Weekly
*
Performing yearly stock counts
*
Picking and issuing of raw/packing materials to the manufacturing, Dispensary and Packaging departments as required
*
Receipt of finished goods from the packaging department Receipt of works in progress material from the manufacturing department and issuing of material as per the material transfer note
*
Picking of finished goods as per sales order pick list prior to collection by hauliers
*
Maintaining stock accuracy (location & Quantity) and assisting in correcting stock anomalies when required
*
Preparing materials for destruction as and when required Remove waste from Manufacturing
*
Applying ID Labels
*
Any other responsibilities assigned by the company from time to time
About you
Requirements
* Academic achievement to degree/Post graduate standard or equivalent in a Science based discipline but not essential.
* Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
* Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
* Holding a Valid Class 2 License
