Job Title: Recruitment Consultant / Lead Consultant
Salary: £27,000 to £29,000 per annum
OTE: £40,000 to £70,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Location: Bournemouth

Recruitment Consultant / Lead Consultant Duties:

Responsible for looking after and growing an existing database of clients
Bringing on new business and creating leads
Evaluate client’s staffing requirements and asses how best to meet their needs
Attract new candidates who match your clients’ vacancies and promote them to your clients
Ensure that candidates are fully prepared for interview
Manage the entire recruitment process, negotiating offers between your clients and candidates and after service contact
General administration
Recruitment Consultant / Lead Consultant Skills Required:

Brilliant face to face & on the phone
Sales or recruitment experience (we are flexible on this)
Self-motivated and driven
Able to work well under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Able to make fast and effective decisions
