Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CFO to oversee the company's financial, administrative, and risk management factors. Works alongside other members of the executive management team to determine an overall direction for the company. Keeps close watch on the company's budget and expenses and investigates to get to the root of any discrepancies. Reviews detailed financial reports and makes recommendations based on them.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develops tax and financial strategies
* Leads financial audit for the company
* Oversees budgeting processes
* Develops and analyses metrics that showcase the company's performance
* Maintains relationships with key members of each team within the company
* Produces reports that deal with potential risks and solutions as well as the company's overall financial state and presents those reports to the management
* Ensures the company remains in line with local and government taxation regulations
* Ensures cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
* Supervises and manages all finance personnel
* Prepares reliable current and forecasting reports
* Sets up and oversees the company’s finance system
* Ensures compliance with the law and company’s policies

Management Experience
Ability to prepare financial forecasts and assess markets
