Job Title: Recruitment Manager / Billing Manager
Salary: £32,000 to £36,000 per annum
OTE: £150,000 to £200,000+ per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Location: Bournemouth

Recruitment Manager / Billing Manager Duties:

Responsible for looking after and growing an existing database of clients
Bringing on new business and creating leads
Evaluate client’s staffing requirements and assess how best to meet their needs
Attract new candidates who match your clients’ vacancies and promote them to your clients
Ensure that candidates are fully prepared for interview
Manage the entire recruitment process, negotiating offers between your clients and candidates and after service contact
Driving the team’s success, ensuring KPIs & targets are being met

Brilliant face to face & on the phone
