Our client, a highly reputable mid-sized corporate and commercial law firm based in the heart of Liverpool, is seeking an experienced and driven Corporate Paralegal to join their growing team. This firm has earned a strong reputation for delivering outstanding legal services to businesses across the UK, providing a dynamic environment that fosters both professional growth and client-focused success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting solicitors with a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and shareholder agreements.

* Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, resolutions, and corporate filings.

* Conducting legal research and preparing detailed reports on relevant areas of corporate law.

* Assisting with the management of corporate transactions from inception to completion, including liaising with clients, third parties, and regulatory bodies.

* Managing and maintaining corporate records, including filing annual returns and updating company books.

* Providing general administrative support to the corporate team as required, ensuring that client work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Skills and Experience:

* A minimum of 12 months’ experience working within a corporate or commercial law department, either in-house or within a private practice.

* Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal procedures, with the ability to apply this in a fast-paced, commercial environment.

* Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels.

* A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a genuine interest in corporate law.
