Office Coordinator needed for a leading property maintenance company!

💰 Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per year

📅 Contract Length: 9 months - maternity cover potential to go permanent

⏰ Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Are you an organised and customer-focused individual looking to take ownership of a department? Our client, a successful and family-run property maintenance business with over 50 years of experience, is seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers through email and telephone, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. Additionally, you will manage the diaries of two engineers, scheduling service visits with the support of the Service Manager. Your impeccable attention to detail will shine as you maintain and update customer records on the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. You will also play a vital role in updating renewal information on the CRM system, keeping track of important deadlines.

As an Office Coordinator, attention to detail is key in this role, as you will also be responsible for creating new accounts on the system and raising invoices for works via XERO.

🖥️ Support customers via email and telephone

🗓️ Manage engineers' diaries and schedule service visits

💻 Maintain and update customer records on CRM system

🔄 Update renewal information on CRM system

💡 Basic marketing responsibilities: creating content for social media, mailers, and customer offers

About you:

Ideally 1-2 years' experience within an administrative role
Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
A proactive and adaptable mindset, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
