Quality Engineer (4 Day Week)

£40,000 - £45,000 + 4 DAY WEEK + No Weekends + Overtime + Progression + Training + Benefits (Holiday, Pension)

Workshop Based, commutable from Bournemouth, Poole, Southampton, Verwood and surrounding areas

This is an exciting opportunity for Quality Professional to join the technical department of a bespoke, nationally respected engineering group offering a great work life balance and fantastic training while being able to increase earnings through voluntary overtime.

this company is a blue chip manufacturing business who have contracts with some of the largest names in the aerospace industry, they are going through a large growth phase and due to an increase in work, new contracts and internal promotions they are looking to employ an engineer to oversee and support quality across the site..

This is a varied role where you will figurehead impeccable quality across the business, while ensuring all customer returns are documented in line with the companies high standards, you will be responsible for managing the QMS and ensuring all compliance and legislation is up to date to aerospace standards.

This role would suit a quality engineer or technician who is familiar with the aerospace quality framework and who has experience monitoring and updating a QMS. Customer focus is key and you must be able to manage customer returns and complaints, assessing the root cause analysis.

The Role:
* Quality Engineer
* Training, development and progression
* 4 day week, no weekend, voluntary overtime

Managing quality across site including root cause analysis, QMS management, returns and auditing
The Person:

Familiar with aerospace quality standards
Experience in a similar role
