A balustrade manufacturer catering to the domestic and commercial industries across the UK is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to join the team in Blindley Heath.

This position is well suited for a technical or mechanical qualified person with experience managing teams selling products to the construction and related industries.

As Sales Manager, you will:

Lead and develop the team to become more efficient in qualifying and managing leads.
Recruiting and training of internal consultants and monitoring against targets.
Analyse the existing processes and procedures and provide guidance to the internal team to increase business.
Create and deliver effective presentations, proposals and CPD’s.
Identify marketing trends, opportunities, and report these to the marketing department to develop new strategies.
Improve relationships with current partners and identify new partners and channels.
Identify new business opportunities within the scope of the product offering.
We’re looking for a Sales Manager with:

Experience in technical sales management selling into the construction, building merchant or similar industries.
Exceptional talent in developing teams in dealing with leads effectively.
Strong sales and customer service skills are required.
Proven track record for increasing sales, identifying and creating new channels and managing internal teams.
Confident phone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage workloads efficiently.
Proficiency in sales and CRM software including all Microsoft programmes.
