Previous significant experience in Groundworks
To work within manufacturers' requirements and Industry British Standards.
To diagnose and undertake and repair domestic properties and surrounding hard areas
To feel comfortable within known deadlines
A basic understanding of technology
The ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and others daily both verbally and digitally.
