Package Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic committed professional to join us as an Teaching Assistant.

The successful candidate will:
Mentoring, supporting and inspiring learners by supporting them with curriculum-based learning in the classroom, on home tuition and outreach and through outdoor activities
Assist with the preparation of learning material and contributing to the delivery of learning objectives with a strong focus on behavioural management
Daily reports on learners' progress and barriers to learning
Interaction with parents/care givers on a regular basis Our ideal candidate will have:
A committed and passionate view of students with SEND
At least two years' experience minimum of working in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision
A level 3 TA qualification is advantageous EPIC benefits of working for Keys Group:

New Ways is an Outstanding Independent SEN School with two sites. Our KS3 students attend our school site in South Birmingham (B38), and our KS4 KS5 students attend our college site in North Worcestershire (B60). New Ways caters for 11-19 year olds who have special education needs relating mainly to Autism.

The school & college offers an environment that is safe and low sensory alongside an ambitious curriculum which includes a suite of GCSE's and enrichment opportunities to ensure students achieve the very best outcomes possible and are fully prepared for their transition in to Further education, employment, training and adulthood following the introduction (Sept 24) of our vocational curriculum offer at our college site that includes Child Development, Hair & Beauty and Hospitality.
