REGISTERED CARE MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager for our successful and well established domiciliary care company based near to St Albans. Established a few years ago, we are company that operates in the health & social care sector and are a true market leader in our area. We are very well respected for our levels of care and how the staff are treated. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a service grow. As a domiciliary care organisation, we ensure people are well looked after in their own homes. We also provide a live-in care service

We are offering:

* Competitive salary ranging from £38,000 to £42,000 per annum DOE

* Excellent opportunities for career progression as the company expands

The Role:
As a Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:

* Overseeing the delivery of care services

* Ensuring strict compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations

* Managing staff and resources effectively including recruitment of the care team

* Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans

* Liaising with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

* Growing the business with both local authority business and private hours

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager position should have:

* Relevant qualifications in healthcare management - level 5 highly desirable (or working towards it)

* Experience in a leadership role, either as a Registered Manager, Care Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager seeking their next role

* In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* The ability to develop and implement strategic plans
