Key Responsibilities:

* Setting Out: Lead the accurate setting out of bulk earthworks, groundworks, drainage systems, and foundations, ensuring all work adheres to design specifications.

* Project Supervision: Oversee all phases of the project, from excavation and grading to the final touches, ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency.

* Technical Problem-Solving: As the Senior Site Engineer, you'll be the technical authority on-site, resolving any issues and providing expert guidance to the engineering team.

* Health & Safety Leader: Champion a culture of safety on-site by ensuring all activities meet stringent health and safety standards, performing risk assessments, and enforcing compliance.

* Quality Control: Maintain the highest quality standards across all project phases, ensuring inspections are conducted regularly, and all issues are promptly addressed.

* Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Project Manager, flagging potential issues early and offering solutions to keep the project moving forward.

* Material Coordination: Work with procurement to ensure all materials are delivered on time and managed effectively on-site, preventing any delays.

* Surveying & Data Management: Conduct detailed surveys and manage site data to ensure precise reporting and documentation for project records.

* Documentation & Record Keeping: Keep meticulous records of daily activities, as-built drawings, QA/QC documents, and ensure that the project is always audit-ready
