Join Our Team as a Catering Supervisor at Doncaster College!

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a flair for food? Doncaster College is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Catering Supervisor to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the preparation, cooking, and baking of food alongside the Diner Cook.

* Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are always clean and tidy, maintaining high standards of food hygiene.

* Organize staffing to ensure smooth operation of Front of House catering outlets.

* Be visible and approachable during service periods, with a thorough knowledge of the food items sold.

* Work collaboratively as a positive member of the catering team.

* Provide in-house hospitality services and complete necessary paperwork in line with legislation.

* Report customer requests and complaints promptly to the Catering Manager.

* Stay updated on frequently used products and allergen information.

* Assist in training the catering team and cover for the Diner Cook when necessary.

* Work flexibly across various College sites and support the wider Estates and Facilities Department.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Excellent timekeeping and a methodical approach to workload.

* Willingness to work flexibly and undertake further training as required.
