Job Title: Mobile Electrical Engineer
Salary: 38k - 40k
Hours: Monday - Friday
Location: Birmingham

My client is looking for someone to work for one of the UK’s leading FM companies in exciting challenging buildings.
A salary up to 40k with the opportunity to boost your earnings with overtime. My client is currently looking for a Building Service Engineer covering all electrical building maintenance.
Some of the jobs that may arise in this role could include:
* Emergency lighting testing, BMS, plumbing, heat exchangers, water treatment, AHU's, pumps, FCU's, VAV's, VRV's, splits and general air conditioning.
* Electrical fault finding, mechanical maintenance, single and three phase power, motors
Qualifications Required
* City and Guilds level 3 in electrical installations as a minimum
* 17th Edition
With a great salary of £40,000 a chance to do an abundance of over time. An excellent package of Benefits and pension schemes in place this role is great role to keep the home and work life balance.
