Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging Geography lessons in line with the curriculum.

* Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

* Plan and prepare high-quality lessons, including differentiation for varying abilities.

* Mark and assess students' work, providing constructive feedback.

* Support students’ academic and personal development.

* Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the broader school community.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* A degree in Geography or a related subject.

* Proven experience teaching Geography at secondary level.

* Excellent classroom management skills.

* Strong communication and organisational skills.

* A passion for education and a commitment to students' success.
