πŸ’Ό The Role:As an SEN Teacher, you will:

Create Magical Learning Experiences: Develop and deliver exciting, tailored lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each student with SEN. Your creativity and innovation will make learning fun and accessible for all.
Be a Champion for Students: Work closely with a dedicated team of educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement personalised education plans (EHCPs) that help each student achieve their fullest potential.
Innovate with Technology: Utilise the latest teaching tools and assistive technologies to enhance learning experiences and engage students in a way that sparks their curiosity and enthusiasm.
Foster a Positive Environment: Cultivate an inclusive, safe, and nurturing classroom where every student feels valued, respected, and inspired to learn. Also supporting their additional needs / disabilities within a classroom setting.
Monitor Progress and Celebrate Successes: Track student progress, provide regular feedback, and celebrate every milestone, no matter how small, to motivate and encourage your students.🌟 What We Offer:
