Role Overview – Warehouse Operative
Our leading client who provide a range of digital solutions across a number of specialist industries are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their team at their Redhill based facility on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation in all aspects of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities – Warehouse Operative

Support the Warehouse Supervisor with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
Act as the first point of contact within the warehouse.
Manage the physical and administrative control of materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Supervise warehouse staff where necessary.
Pack goods for dispatch, ensuring safe and optimal condition upon delivery.
Oversee Goods Inwards/Outwards processes, ensuring correct documentation is processed and filed.
Maintain accurate records, including tracking serial numbers and updating databases.
Ensure compliance with Hazardous Goods procedures.
Adhere to company standards and procedures.
Participate in stock checks and assist with the yearly stock take.
Operate forklifts, pallet trucks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
Key Experience & Qualifications – Warehouse Operative

Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience.
Forklift truck licence.
Educated to a good secondary level.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Computer literate, with the ability to quickly learn and manage new software systems.
Physically capable of handling loads and moving materials.
Able to provide a 5-year work history check and obtain security clearance.
