Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technician:
Relevant Architectural Technology degree.
Collaborate with the design and technical teams to develop and refine data centre project concepts and designs.
Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications specific to data centre requirements.
Assist in preparing and delivering design presentations and proposals to clients.
Participate in project meetings, contributing innovative ideas and technical solutions.
Ensure all designs comply with the UK building regulations and planning policies.
Conduct site visits and assist with project management tasks, as necessary.
Proficiency in Revit is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Passion for sustainable and innovative design, with an interest in data centre architecture.
