As a Clinic Manager, you will:

Oversee full operational and clinical management of the clinic, ensuring high care and quality outcomes.
Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, and prepare the clinic for audits.
Instigate continuous improvement activities at both clinic and management levels.
Manage finances effectively, including budget planning and cost control.

Level 1 Nurse registration with the NMC, with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
At least 5 years of experience in Haemodialysis, including 2 years at a senior level.
Proven experience in managing and leading a team of specialist nurses and practitioners.
Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its implications for independent healthcare providers.
