Location: Hucknall
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (30 min lunch)
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour

Harper Recruitment Group is proud to partner with a reputable family-run construction company in Hucknall. Our client is seeking a proactive administrator to provide office support to the wider team.

Responsibilities:

Answering the telephones and responding to queries
Managing the email inbox
Using the internal computer system to raise new jobs and subcontractor orders
Accurately inputting data and maintaining timesheet records
Filing, scanning and photocopying
Processing invoices
Other general administrative tasksRequirements:

Experience in office administration, preferably within the construction/building sector
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Enthusiastic and hard workingAdditional Information:

This is a temporary contract with an expected end date in December 2024
