* Understand customers's businesses and exceed expectations

* Business development

* Report on progress and performance & resource allocation

* Develop effective working relationships with the Central Support and Technical teams to streamline operations

* Build relationships with external stakeholders

Requirements / Qualifications

* Must have an excellent understanding and knowledge of the marine environment

* Work well under pressure

* Professional and resilient

* Experience in people management, development and organisation

* Good HR & industrial relations experience
