TeacherActive is thrilled to be working with a Primary School within the Vale of Glamorgan, devoted to creating an environment of respectfulness, determination, and ambition to learn for all its pupils.
This Primary School provides equity within learning opportunities for all children; and ensures a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment while using their governed ethos to promote cognitive development. We are looking for an LSA on both a long-term and short-term basis, with the opportunity to work over all key stages.
The successful LSA will be:
Able to demonstrate behavioural management.
Capable of using their initiative
Good at following intrustion by the teacher
