Junior Buyer
Rising Talent Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated Junior Buyer to join a dynamic team within a leading FMCG business based in Edinburgh. This role is initially a FTC.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the purchasing department and ensuring the smooth operation of procurement processes. You will be responsible for managing and developing a variety of categories, sourcing new suppliers and products alongside negotiating costs and terms. You will also be involved in carrying out regular analysis on stock and performance.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Junior Buyer / Buyer role.
Background in Food, Retail, Drink, or FMCG industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
