About the Role:

Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join their team. As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of their client’s facilities and the people within them. You will be responsible for assessing and identifying potential fire hazards, evaluating current fire safety measures, and providing recommendations to mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fire safety regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a fire risk assessor or a related field

Level 3/4 qualifications (Fire Safety)

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure

Prior experience in specialised housing and complex properties (Desirable)
