Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a housing association to recruit to a Handyman in North Yorkshire.

The role is initially offered on a 3 month basis to cover sickness.

Responsibilities of the Handyman include:

Working on tenanted social housing properties
Wiping down and treating mould and damp
Carrying out basic multi skilled work such as painting, patch plastering, pointing, basic joinery and basic plumbing
Escalating any issues which require the attention of a surveyor
Utilising a PDA
Adhering to health and safety procedures
