CNC Setter Operator

Job Description:

As a CNC Setter Operator, you will set and operate CNC multi-tasking lathes to manufacture components from raw materials for internal assembly flow lines. You will ensure products are of the highest quality and produced on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Set and operate CNC lathes for small to medium-sized batches.
Inspect products using engineered drawings and measuring equipment, identifying and reporting any quality defects.
Perform timely and regular checks on machines to maintain optimal working order and meet 5S standards.
Optimize efficiencies, cycle times, and tool life monitoring.
Final inspection duties, including deburring, cleaning, and performing any remedial tasks.
Complete necessary paperwork for compliance and traceability.Shift Pattern:

Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm
Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 2pm-10:30pm, and Friday, 2pm-7:30pmBenefits:
