Position: Senior Estimator
Location: Carlisle
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

What You’ll Do:

* Lead and manage accurate cost estimations for high-profile commercial fit-out and painting & decorating projects

* Collaborate with project teams to assess specifications, tender documents, and contracts

* Prepare detailed take-offs, pricing, and submissions, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

* Build relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing

* Analyze potential risks, providing strategies to minimize cost and improve efficiency

What You’ll Bring:

* Extensive experience in commercial fit-out and painting & decorating sectors

* Strong knowledge of pricing, materials, and estimating techniques

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

* A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
