Key Responsibilities
As a Transport Fleet Administrator, your primary duties will include:
Assisting in the administration and coordination of our fleet of motor vehicles.
Maintaining accurate fleet records both manually and digitally.
Ensuring all vehicle defects are addressed and signed off by repairers.
Managing fuel, ad blue, and parts reordering.
Raising purchase orders related to fleet operations.
Conducting annual driving license checks for approved drivers.
Supporting the booking of trips, including obtaining quotes and confirming arrangements.
Providing cover for the Transport Coordinator during bus arrivals and departures.
Addressing general inquiries regarding student transport via phone, online, or in-person.Working Hours
My Clients service operates from 7 AM to 5:30 PM, requiring flexibility to work on a rota basis during term times. Weekend and evening work may also be necessary based on business needs.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities for dealing with inquiries and requests.
