Location: Ashford

Overview of Role

We are looking for skilled CNC Operator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards. You will be responsible for ensuring daily line performance, upholding product specifications, and meeting stringent quality standards. This role requires adherence to all site safety procedures and a proactive, flexible approach to work.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and optimise daily line performance.
Ensure product specifications and quality standards are consistently met.
Adhere to all site safety procedures.
Collaborate effectively with team members.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. What we're looking for:

Previous CNC programming experience is essential.
A sound understanding of Health and Safety practices.
Excellent communication skills.
A good team player with a "can-do" attitude.
Computer literacy and capability to operate machinery using touch screen panels.
Exceptional eye for detail.
Doosan or Fanuc experience ideally Benefits:
