Yard & Warehouse Technician

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate coming from a mechanical engineering background who is now looking to advance their specialist skills by joining a company where they can benefit from full autonomy within their work whilst also receiving further development opportunities on the company's niche equipment.

This company are globally recognised as a hire provider of Fluid Management and Temporary Power systems. They work across multiple countries and employ thousands of staff, supplying high quality solutions for a range of industries with both short and long term hire needs.

In this role you will support the rental side of the business and work on a range of their rental equipment, this will see you being responsible for maintenance tasks, receiving equipment into the warehouse and following safety procedures. They can provide training into their specialist equipment and the role is Monday to Friday with further opportunities for overtime work.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background whilst looking to further develop this by learning the companies specialist equipment, training can be provided in this. It is essential the candidate has a full UK driving licence allowing them to drive category B vehicles.

The role:
* Maintenance and repair of tanks and other rental equipment
* Equipment inspections (before and after rental)
* General housekeeping in the workshops, yard and offices
* Vehicle and equipment cleaning

The Person:
* Mechanical background (strong preference)
* Driving License B (HGV license advantageous)
