Join Monster Energy as the next Strategic Projects Manager for the EMEA Region, where you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative business initiatives. This is your chance to work with one of the most iconic and high-performing energy drink and lifestyle brands globally. This is your opportunity to influence change, build lasting relationships, and leave your mark on the future of a brand that dares to be different.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage assigned strategic projects and workstreams from conception to delivery.
Build relationships across the organisation and work with external agencies to deliver impactful results.

Provide regular project updates, manage risks, and ensure key initiatives stay aligned with company goals.

About You:

Experienced project manager with a background in technology, marketing, or a creative agency.
A creative thinker who thrives on innovation and improving internal business capabilities.
Confident in building relationships across divisions, and strong in presentation and stakeholder engagement.
Passionate about business transformation, with knowledge of change management programs.
3+ years of project management experience, with formal qualifications (e.g. CSM, APM, Prince2) being a plus.
Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodologies.

Benefits:

23 days holiday, increasing to 25 after two years of service.
Hybrid working: 3 days WFH.
Private Medical Insurance (Bupa)
Life Insurance
ER Pension (5%).
Free on-site gym and a product allowance.

If the role and responsibilities sound like a good fit for you, then I’d love to speak to you!
