Recruitment Resourcer
Location: Fully remote working
Hours: Part time or full time available (flexible to suit)
Salary: £22,000 - £30,000+ depending on experience & monthly billing ability & figures + generous commission scheme 15-20% commission on a sliding scale.
Can discuss on an individual basis, can offer a number of options (contractor, commission only at 50% or perm)

We are a small business, just 2 of us currently. With a rapidly expanding workbook, we require assistance with sourcing candidates for our clients.
Our jobs are predominantly in the technical or engineering / manufacturing or maintenance sector. However, we do also have a number of office, HR, sales, finance, admin roles for a couple of clients.
The role does not involve any business development or sales, as we already have a large number of jobs to fill consistently. However, if you would like to increase your workload, you are, of course, more than welcome to do so!
We have a fun & relaxed environment, and as long as targets are hit, we can be flexible with hours to suit.
The Role
* Resourcing for permanent positions (we only have temp roles very rarely)
* Using CV Library, Total Jobs & Linkedin to source good candidates
* Outbound calling candidates
* Formatting CV’s to send to clients
* Account management
The Successful Individual
* Will have 3+ years experience in recruitment / resourcing for permanent roles (preferably technical, engineering or automotive, however, an experienced recruiter who can pick things up quickly also considered)
* Will have experience filling jobs and working in a target driven environment
* Will work at a reasonably quick pace
* Will be confident on the phone and happy to make lots of outbound calls for specific roles
* Will have strong I.T, written, administration, and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport
* Will be confident writing and posting job adverts
* Will have an honest and open approach when dealing with candidates/clients
* Will be confident to pick things up quickly and work remotely
