Job role - Production Operative
The main duties of this role include assembly of wooden construction products, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, operating machinery, and providing general plant support. While previous experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing is advantageous, training will be provided for the right candidates.

Benefits & Requirements - Production Operative
We have vacancies available on both morning and afternoon fixed shifts, offering 40 hours paid per week.
* Morning shifts run from 06:00am to 02:45pm, while afternoon shifts are from 3:00pm to 11:00pm Monday to Friday.
* Overtime rates are also available, with generous pay grades ranging from £12.50 to £13.62 per hour.
* Overtime rates paid at 1.25x rate Mon-Fri, 1.5x rate Sat and 2.0x rate Sun.
