Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies for the verification and validation of new designs.
- Participate actively in verification and validation activities.
- Provide technical assistance and engineering support to the manufacturing floor, ensuring the production of quality products.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain high standards.
- Contribute to risk management processes, including FMEA, PFMEA, and hazard analysis.

Skills and Experience Required

- Manufacturing Experience
- Proficiency in problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma).
- Experience in New Product Introduction and Development.
- Skilled in the creation, deployment, and training of procedures, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
- Expertise in product and process validation/verification.
- Experience in Mechanical/Electrical CAD modelling (Solidworks/Altium or similar).
