Our Client is looking for a General Manager in Santa Clara. The General Manager is a key stakeholder within our team ensuring customer satisfaction, leading company guidelines and processes, and ultimately company profitability.

We are looking for candidates who has: 

5 years bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

5 years of Management experience.

5 years of Functional experience.

5 years of combined management experience required with a preference within the distribution industry.

Has as valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Possess the ability to obtain security clearance for customer locations.

Is an effective communicator and collaborator with a passion for developing talent through coaching and accountability.

Can demonstrate urgency and problem-solving skills with a dedication to customer service and associate accountability.

Can learn and work within database inventory management software, route scheduling software, and Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

Can lift, push, and pull 50 lbs and able to perform work in outside weather conditions
