What You’ll Do:

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will:

Sell the Vision: Engage with discerning clientele who seek more than just dental care and an elevated experience that integrates holistic wellness with cutting-edge biologic dentistry. Your role is to guide them through this journey, from consultation to the completion of complex treatment plans.

Manage High-Value Cases: Oversee complex treatment plans ranging from $125k to $200k+, ensuring that clients receive unparalleled care from consultation through completion. You’ll manage pre-payment billing and offer clients exclusive opportunities for long-term wellness.

Lead and Mentor: Work alongside a talented team, including new and established Treatment Coordinators with extensive dental experience. You’ll elevate their skills and guide them in providing the high-touch service that our clients expect.

Innovate and Educate: Collaborate on a specialized training program to refine sales techniques and deepen your team’s understanding of biologic dentistry. Your insights will help clients appreciate the transformative impact of Dr. Curatola’s methods.
