We are hiring for Integration Consultant for our client's project based at Birmingham, UK

Role Overview:

The Integration Consultant will focus on building and managing API integrations between ElasticSearch and other security tools, ensuring seamless data flow for threat detection and security analytics. The role will involve developing secure APIs for integrating ElasticSearch with SIEMs, threat intelligence platforms, and other security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage secure APIs to integrate ElasticSearch with security tools (eg, SIEM, IDS, threat intelligence platforms).
• Ensure secure data exchange between ElasticSearch and external security systems.
• Collaborate with security engineers to implement integrations that enhance threat detection and response.
• Troubleshoot API performance and security issues, ensuring high availability and data integrity.
• Work with clients and internal teams to design API solutions for security use cases.

Key Skills:

• Strong API development experience, particularly in security-focused environments.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, API security, and data transformation.
• Experience integrating ElasticSearch with SIEMs, threat intelligence platforms, and other security tools.
• Familiarity with security protocols (eg, OAuth, SAML) and data encryption methods.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in API integration, with a focus on security tools.
• Experience with ElasticSearch and API management for security analytics.
