Your role & responsibilities:

* Treating the students as we wis to be treated ourselves, understanding that they only have one childhood.
* Delivering catch-up sessions.
* Ensuring everyone’s voice can be heard.
* Being fair and unbiased so that everyone has an equal chance.

Non-negotiables:

* Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting.
* Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills.
* Holds a Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, Etc.) or relevant experience.
* Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
